Course Schedule & Fees

All participants must be current USA Powerlifting members ($70/year).

Curriculum: The curriculum will be made available to you via thinkific immediately after your registration is received. You are responsible for this material.

Registrations are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and there are NO REFUNDS for the course.  In the event a course is canceled due to a lack of registrants, you will receive a refund from the National Office for the course fee. 


COACHING FUNDAMENTALS COURSE: $150 – Available on Demand

The Coaching Fundamentals Course is a 100% online course designed to teach the basics of coaching in USA Powerlifting. Covering terminology, rules and standards that every coach needs to know as well as practical application to teaching basic technique.


LEVEL 1 (CLUB) CERTIFICATION COURSES: $395

The Level 1 – Club Certification Course is the first level of Coaching Certification offered by USA Powerlifting. Covering basic programming, anatomy & physiology and meet specific scenarios, this course prepares coaches to train beginners and successfully coach them at local and state level competition. In addition to the Club Level Curriculum, this course includes an 8 hour lecture/practical with a live instructor, followed by a written exam.

LEVEL 2 (SENIOR NATIONAL) CERTIFICATION COURSES: $395

The Level 2 – Senior National Certification Course is the second level of Coaching Certification offered by USA Powerlifting. Covering advanced programming, technique and meet day strategies, this course prepares coaches to excel at the highest level of competition. In addition to the Senior National Curriculum, this course includes an 8 hour lecture/practical with an live instructor, 1 session of meet day handling at a National Meet with an Instructor, followed by a written exam.
