Hosting a Club Course

Beyond the currently scheduled courses, we are willing to come to your location to host a Club Level Course.  However, our instructors are not on tour like a band.   Classes are scheduled based on demand.  Any classes scheduled after 12/14/2018 will require a minimum of 12 confirmed participants to hold a course and receive a free slot.  Registration deadlines, requiring local travel for the instructor, are Thursday of the week before the event.  Courses requiring out of state travel for our instructor feature a Thursday deadline three weeks in advance of the course date.

Registration deadlines are strictly enforced.  We encourage hosts to prompt their prospective attendees to register expeditiously and well in advance of the deadlines. Courses are canceled if class rosters are insufficient by the deadlines. In the event a course is canceled due to a lack of registrants, you will receive a refund from the National Office for the course fee.

There is no fee for hosting a course.  Hosts must only provide a venue equipped for classroom and practical portions.  This includes seating for the instructor and attendees, a screen or wall to project on, as well as a modicum of equipment to teach the power lifts.  Courses are typically limited to a maximum of 20-25 attendees depending upon the size of the facility.

We have five instructors strategically located across the country.  Each instructor handles a different region and is willing to travel to your location according to their availability.

To inquire about scheduling a club level clinic at your location, please contact your state chair and then submit the Host Request Form.  Your state chair can help you promote your event and recruit registrants for the course.
